A payor may be found in "contempt of court" if he or she fails to properly make support payments. In that case, the court will often order "purge payments" as a condition of curing the contempt. The Domestic Relations of Washington County, PA now accepts credit and debit cards for purge payments.
Unfortunately, the court only accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discovery. Also, there is a $20 "convenience fee" for each purge payment made by credit card. You should contact your enforcement officer if you have any questions about this.
